In the Planado web application, a dispatcher can assign a worker to a job. The worker can then complete the job in the mobile application.
You can specify the job assignee directly in the deal.
First, you need to add a new field with a list of your Planado employees to the deal.
Open the new deal creation form and click the "Create Field" button. A dropdown window with all available types will appear. Select the "List" type.
After selecting the type, a menu will appear where you can add and fill in list values, as well as give it a name.
Name the new field "Employee List" and enter the names of your employees.
⚠️ The names in the deal list must exactly match the employee names in Planado. For example, an employee named Maxim Nikulin in Planado must be recorded in the list exactly as "Maxim Nikulin."
When you've entered all the executor names, click the "Save" button.
Now the necessary field has been added to the deal, and you can configure the transfer in the integration.
Return to Planado and open the Bitrix24 integration settings. Now in the stage settings, you can add the job field "Executor" for completion and select the list we previously named "Employee List."
When you finish with the deal stage settings for which jobs should be created, click the "Save" button.
The transfer has been added to the integration.
Let's verify that the executor is transferred from the deal to the job.
Create a deal at this stage. When creating, select the employee you need from the list. Move the deal to the job creation stage.
The deal will be created, and within a minute, a comment with a link to the job in Planado will appear in the deal comments.
In the job, the "Executor" field will be filled with the value from the "Employee List" field in the deal.
