Let's look at configuring field transfers from Bitrix24 deals to Planado. In this example, we'll add transfers for description and executor. Other transfers, such as address and scheduled date, are described in separate instructions.
To connect Bitrix24 to Planado, refer to the instruction Connecting Bitrix24.
In this example, we'll look at transferring comments and executor. For comments, we'll use a "String" type field from the Bitrix24 deal, and for executor - "List". More details on executor transfer are described in a separate instruction.
If you use multiple directions in Bitrix24, select one of them for configuration. If necessary, you can configure integration for multiple directions.
Choose which deal types should create jobs. Click "Add stage".
Select the required deal stage, which template to use for creating the job, and which job fields to fill from deal fields.
Don't forget to specify which stage to move the deal to when completing and canceling the job. You can choose stages for successful and unsuccessful job completion, as well as for cancellation.
Click "Add".
Save the integration settings.
Now, when a deal with "Sale" type appears in your Bitrix24 at the "In Progress" stage, a job will be created in Planado using the selected template. The executor and job description will be transferred from the deal.
Now let's look at how data is transferred to a job created from a deal.
Fill in the deal fields. Since we configured job creation for "Sale" deal type at the "In Progress" stage, you must select these options, otherwise the job won't be created.
After creating the deal, a message about the created job will appear with a link to it.
Let's open the job.
Values from deal fields were automatically transferred to your selected fields.
You can transfer any standard and custom fields. Before doing this, you need to create them in your Bitrix24.
The Client field is automatically transferred to the job. A client with this name is created in Planado if one doesn't already exist in the lists.
The Executor field can be filled from "List" type fields. How to create this field can be found at this link.
The Scheduled for field can be filled from "Date/time" type fields. How to create this field can be found at this link.
The Address field can be filled from "String" and "Google Maps Address" type fields.
The Office, Floor, Entrance, Address description fields can be filled from "String" type fields.
File fields can be filled from "File" type fields.
